Overtourism has become a global challenge. Cities, heritage sites, and natural wonders are overwhelmed by the number of visitors, leading to environmental damage, strained resources, and damaged relations with local populations. 
 

That’s why I created Tread Kindly: a travel news website designed to inspire travelers to support and give back to the places they visit. We share sustainable travel tips, destination guides, and stories of the women who are helping to transform the travel industry for the better. 
 

At Tread Kindly, we believe sustainable travel isn’t about perfection; it’s about awareness, curiosity, and connection. My hope is that through sharing stories and resources, more people see that “treading kindly” isn’t just a way to travel — it’s a mindset for how we move through the world.
